Do you offer free local pick up?

Yes! we offer local pick up. If you'd like to pickup your order in Whitby, Ontario, please select "local pick up" option at check out.

Once your order is packed we then drop it off to The Makers Hub, located at 1380 Hopkins St Unit #5, Whitby, ON L1N 2C3.

You will receive an email when your order is available to be picked up from The Maker's Hub.

 

Is there a tracking number with my order?

Yes, all order come with a tracking number. Your tracking number will be provided via email when your order is shipped.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada & USA.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $125.00 before tax. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your cart at checkout when cart is at or above $125.00. 

What is flat rate shipping?

We offer a flat rate shipping price for our customers in Canada. This means that no matter where you are in Canada, the shipping fee will be the same for our customers. This saves you as the customer a little extra money.
